Neuroscience and Aging Research
The Neuroscience and aging research unit scope is quite wide to include all possible research ideas which can help explain many medical conditions to address medical needs and create new therapies, medical procedures, or diagnostics.
The unit’s experimental research is focused on bedside-to-bench studies and is specifically designed to improve health outcomes. The research unit focuses on physiological, behavioural, and molecular studies and is highly interested in pharmacology to estimate the effectiveness and safety of different therapeutic interventions.

- Establishing animal models for different diseases and disorders: Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, addiction, depression, obesity, stroke, and cerebral palsy
